At approximately one inch wide and five inches long, these bookmarks can be worked up quickly - make whole sets over a single weekend! Plus, they make great last-minute holiday gifts for co-workers, family, and friends.

These bookmarks can be made from a variety of lace-weight yarns and are a great way to stash-bust project leftovers. You only need about 30 yards per bookmark. I suggest using Habu Textiles A-20B silk stainless steel if you have it available - the stainless steel goes a long way towards keeping the lacework visible and helping the bookmarks hold their shape.
